I had the original bathing suit Barbie, but who would have known that Barbie would become the most sought after doll in the world. We played awfully hard with Barbie; she wound up being GI Joe’s girlfriend in our house. I’m glad I have another one to add to my collection. Barbie is quite beautiful in her new suit. Get one asap to add to your collection or for your daughters.

My grand daughters loved this. The only problems is the hair comes out when brushed by a 3 year old & the shoes are hard to put on and are easily lost. I think it probably should have been recommended for a older child.

The packaging is nice, Barbie is pretty, the whole presentation is good. I bought it because it is the 50 year release and Barbie and I are both 50. I managed to get it the first week at the 50 year price of $3.00 however I would like to have a couple more for my neices but don’t mind paying a fair price for them later. It is a cute remake of an older doll and I still think Barbie is a great girl gift. I played with mine forever.

Can’t believe she’s 50 years old.! She is just as I thought she would be. She has come along way from cardboard furniture and to Hummers and $300 designer originals. You go girl, and 50 more!
