This is a Silver Label offering from the Barbie Collector’s “Pop Culture” series. The Kelly and Tommy dolls are costumed to resemble the adorable baby duo of Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm from the long-running classic cartoon series THE FLINTSTONES.
It’s always unusual to see red-headed Kelly dolls, so for the serious Kelly collectors this will be double the treat. Dressed in Pebbles’ trademark pink and purple two-piece baby romper, the doll also has her hair styled into a high ponytail with a “bone” hairpiece. The Tommy doll wears Bamm-Bamm’s yellow one-strap baby romper with matching hat, and also carries his wooden club.
The dolls are nicely posed standing on a fluffy blue rug, with a cardboard cut-out of their sleepy pet Dino in the background. Far too nice to de-box! A great piece for the celebrity doll crowd!
