I’m not familiar with the customs and celebrations in Rio, but to me, this doll looks more like a Las Vegas showgirl. Or perhaps a circus performer who rides on the backs of elephants.
Although the outfit has very nice colors, the flaired skirt seems a bit out of place. A bit too risque for kids. I’m passing on this one.

It looks very strange and interesting. I’m rating it 4 because it doesn’t look like the best doll, but it does look unique. I’m a fan of strangeness it toys/barbies myself, so when I saw this doll I thought: Hey! This is pretty cool. I for any who likes it’s any ugly doll – it does say Carnaval. (I have nothing aganist the carnaval, but it does look like a carnaval-type outfit)
